Nexlane ("we", "our", "us") operates the Nexlane mobile application and website (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App. By using Nexlane, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Account Information

Name, email, phone number — when you sign up via Google Sign-In or email.
Profile photo — if you upload one.
Business details — business name, address, description, category (for business accounts).

Location Data

Approximate location — to show nearby businesses and services.
We only access location when the app is in use and with your permission.

Device Information

Device model, OS version, app version, and Firebase installation ID (for push notifications).

Usage Data

App interactions, crash reports (via Firebase Crashlytics), and analytics (via Firebase Analytics).

8. Security

All data transmitted over HTTPS. Firebase Auth handles authentication securely. Images are stored in Supabase with public access — we recommend not uploading sensitive or private images to profile galleries.
